The road to healing from a broken heart, the loss of a loved one or any type of disappointment or tragedy can take time.
Don’t rush the process, find ways to help you deal with the event and press forward or ways to help you heal.
You may need time alone, professional medical help (therapy) or to surround yourself with people in your life that you have a HEALTHY relationship with.
Whatever it is know that there are people in your life who are just a phone call, FaceTime, short visit or plane ride away. Let them be there. Communicate to them how they can help you.
It is not meant for you to take this journey alone. 💋
